SONS OF JAH - Anthem / WIYA LINDO - His Majesty's Authority (Natty Congo NCDM002) - 12" - 1979
Very nicely presented original pressing of this Natty Congo 12" featuring The Sons Of Jah's Anthem (based on the Ethiopian National Anthem of HIM Haile Selassie), backed by Earl 'Wya' Lindo's killer organ-led dub His Majesty's Authority. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some light surface marks and a few fine, light hairline scratches - nothing significant - see the descriptions below.
A-side: There is a tiny hint of background surface noise at the start, thereafter there are just some tiny clicks plus a couple of slightly more prominent ones. Grade - EX- up to EX-/EX
B-side: There is a tiny amount of background surface noise with some tiny and occasional very small clicks plus a few slightly more prominent ones. Grade - VG+/EX- up to EX-
Labels: There are soundman markings on the A-side label (see scan), while the B-side label is pristine.
