I’m selling this lovely SONY reel to reel recorder in beautiful cosmetic and mechanical condition - I haven't seen one like this for a very long time - near mint condition!

I have fully checked out all the functions and they all work superbly!

Play, record, fast forward & rewind operate as they should.

The sound quality is fantastic on 7.5 speed!

The machine comes complete with 1 metal spool and two Sony plastic reels with tape.

Also included is set of phono and 5 pin Din interconnecting leads, original manufacturers instruction manual and the detachable mains lead.

A good feature of this machine is that it has an option of x3 record and playback speeds: 1.7/8 – 3.75 and 7.5 ips. (7.5ips gives the best quality).

You could actually record or play stereo material for up to 6 hours each side of the tape continuously using a 7" long play tape!
