Description
Sleeve has pretty serious water damage to the bottom 1/4, see photos. There are no seam splits though. There is some edgewear as well. Sticker on the A-Side label. The record has light wear but played strong and loud. Some minor surface noise in the quieter parts but most noise was dominated by the tunes. Slight wave to the record that did not affect play. Nice full rock band sound. Killer cover art.

Good co—ed folk-rock and light rock custom with crisp lively full electric sound as they perform mostly covers like ‘I Believe In Jesus’, ‘Oh Happy Day’, ‘I Wish We’d All Been Ready’, ‘Jesus Made Me Higher’, Sonlight’s ‘In Remembrance’ and James Ward’s ‘Holy Spirit’. Acoustic and electric guitars, piano, some nice lively drum work. They insert a reading of 1 Corinthians 13 in the middle of Elton John’s ‘Love Song’. I’m sure The Beatles would shudder at hearing ‘If You Give’ – a “Christianized” version of ‘If I Fell’ (“If you give your heart to Christ, you know you’re sure from the very start, that he would love you more than words…”). Back cover says they spread the good news throughout Chattanooga, Tennessee, so I assume that’s where they’re from. Message For You! (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
