This is the rare South African 1st pressing of Hawkwind's "Hawkwind" LP from 1970.

Liberty Label LYC 1251

The Record is in EX condition with only a few faint paper lightest scuffs that hardly effect playback.

THE RARE INNER LIBERTY SLEEVE IS INCLUDED (i mention it as i saw it missing from a similar auction).

The cover has the novelty of having its back side in blue color.

The front side is unique as it is in white background (the common vesrion is in orange).

It is in VG condition with some wear to the opening edge and seamsplits at the spines.

It is the first batch of covers (it is textured).

The second pressing had the covers in common semi-gloss paper.

Hi. This is not a gatefold (there were never made gatefold covers of Hawkwind in South Africa). But trust me, if you mean the britsh gatefold, this single textured sleeve is tons of times more rare. Plus it has the inner sleeve which is always lost in the 4 auctions of this very record i've seen so far.
I could send this by regular airmail, but please understand that both of us aren't covered in case of loss. So far I have never lost a parcel i've sent (but i've lost 2 items I was to receive), so regular airmail is to the responsibility of the buyer. Please understand that Ebay and Paypal don't reverse responsibility to the buyer even in the case he testifies this in written form, so a lost package will be forcebly refunded by the seller. The Royal mail has nothing to do with this ( I am in Greece, but i 've listed this in the british Ebay, hence the automatic british post). I charge the generic fees, any excessed fees will be returned to the buyer, but please understand that being generic, i cannot calculate the different fees to Finland and Italy. In short, I prefer registering the airmail, and any extra fees from those written on the listing will be returned to you (if the fees are more than those on the listing i will pay the extra, I cannot check with the greek post as it is Monday after orthodox easter and it is closed).
