Here on offer is one of Australia’s jewels in the crown of 70s hard rock progressive music.  Southern Cross was a short lived Australian band that unfortunately only recorded this self titled album.  Issued on the obscure Laser label in 1975 VXL1-4041 it featured:

·       The screaming guitar of Bruce Cumming (The Press)

·       Jeff Beacham on drums

·       Michel Brouet on bass and vocals (Band of Light and The Press)

·       Alan Milano on vocals (Buffalo)

CONDITION

 

Vinyl – Excellent.  Plays superbly.  It would be difficult to find a better audio copy.

 

Cover – Minor ring wear on both back and front cover – EX.

 

In all a keeper’s copy of this obscure Australian hard rock/progressive album.  Interesting to note that Buffalo guitarist John Baxter was a founding member of this band but unfortunately did not stay around until this album was recorded.
