Someone said experience makes it better. We couldn’t agree more. We’re talking about Soviet Soviet that after a couple of EP’s released their last work called “Summer, Jesus”. It’s become an extended play that is able to give you what you need for starting or ending your day surrounded by well used delays, reverbers and just like in their first works some energetic drums preserving their original sound of pure experimental Post-punk.
The EP contains 5 tunes and “Human Nature” was its first single or at least the preview of the EP before seeing the light. If we need to talk about the influences it is kind of complicated to offer you some (and that’s what we love of them) because the band just sounds like Soviet Soviet and nowone else.
After touring and sharing the stage with bands such as Electricity In Our Homes, Demontré, Frank (Just Frank), Delphic in different countries of the EU these 3 guys from Pesaro (Italy) are preparing themselves for a tour in Russia this fall with the great Human Tetris. If you have the opportunity to see them live don’t miss it. Because trust us, they know how to handle the gig’s situation.
