Space Debris - "Krautrock Sessions 1994-2001" (2-LP Gatefold)
Space Debris are a German band whose music will transport you back 30 years to the pioneering days of Krautrock and Progressive influenced Psychedelia. Here's the blurb from the Freak Emporium web site:"Double LP worth of truly amazing krautadelic jam sessions recorded with various musicians between 1994 and 2001, in the spirit of the early 70's Krautrock heroes, such as Amon Düül and Can. Each side carries 3 tracks which contain long guitar journeys accompanied by effects and hammond sounds. Only 200 copies availsble so snap 'em up quick."
Other than the Amon Düül and Can analogies other reviewers have compared them to Santana, Allman Brothers and early Deep Purple, though to my ears it's a gorgeously psychedelic and proggy take on those bands. If you like early 70's jamming prog-psych in general you'll love this. Man, that organ sounds beautiful!!!
Condition: The LP's are new and unplayed but not shrinkwrapped. The vinyl is in brand new condition. A small piece of the top-right corner of the jackets got bent during shipping (not visible in the image below. That pic is a jpg I got from the web.), but other than that I'd say the jackets arrived in NM- shape. Email me if you have any specific questions.
