SPANISH SUNG VICKY LEANDROS 1972 Eurovision Winner 7"

The item available here is a  rare SPANISH LANGUAGE VERSION 7" VINYL SINGLE of the 1972 Eurovision winner from VICKY LEANDROS and the entry from Luxembourg "Y DESPUES" ("APRES TOI" - sung in Spanish).  The B-side features another track by Vicky Leandros,"HEY JOE MACKENZIE", which is another of the songs from the 1972 Eurovision preselection for Luxembourg.  This rare 7" was issued by the Spanish PHILIPS record label (60 00 057). The vinyl is clean and shiny but does have some scuffs and light scratches.  Although there are one or two light clicks here and there, the vinyl plays generally quite well throughout and is still enjoyable.  The ORIGINAL picture sleeve is also in VG condition with some creasing and there is a small tear on the back of the sleeve.  Each side of the record labels and ORIGINAL picture sleeve can be seen both above and below in the camera photos !

Back in the eighties and nineties I was quite well known among many Eurovision collectors around the world as I always stocked a large selection of Eurovision records and CD's and during the nineties even arranged and financed the official release to press some of the more rare entries for wider availability to collectors.  I provided a Discography and photos of all Eurovision releases in the UK for RECORD COLLECTOR magazine and provided recordings and worked to get clearance for tracks on an official UK Eurovision CD release issued by VIRGIN.  Due to moving house my Eurovision vinyl has been in safe storage for almost a decade.  I have recently acquired back the very last copies of my Eurovision vinyl stocks.  In many cases I am down to my very last copy of each entry, especially those in mint condition and I now plan to sell everything over the upcoming months, so keep checking back each week for new additions to my listings.
