ULTRA-RARE 1980 ORIGINAL JAPANESE FIRST PRESSING SINGLE-45 BY THE SPECIALS "RAT RACE" b/w "RUDE BOYS OUTA JAIL" WITH PICTURE SLEEVE INSERT. THE PS IS A SINGLE PANEL INSERT IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. THE RECORD IS ALSO NEAR MINT WITH THE ORIGINAL COMPANY SLEEVE. THIS IS THE FIRST JAPANESE SINGLE TO BE RELEASED BY THE SPECIALS.
