On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Spencer Davis Group called 'Their First LP' and is a MASSIVELY rare UK 1965 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Fontana labels!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND AND MASSIVELY RARE!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN MORE SPECIAL, IS THAT IT HAS A STUNNING COVER FOR ONCE!!!! THIS LP ALWAYS SEEMS TO TURN UP WITH A TERRIBLE LOOKING COVER - AND IT IS OFTEN CREASED, WORN, AND WITH A GRUBBY LOOKING YELLOWED COVER BACK. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! THIS LP HAS A SUPERB CONDITIONED FLAT SHINY COVER, AND A BRILLIANT CONDITIONED RECORD!!!! THIS IS THE 1965 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' FONTANA LABELS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Fontana UK 1st pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition with a STUNNING cover!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is TL 5242 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Fontana labels (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition and plays SUPERBLY!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 light NON sounding hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Laminated Cover is in SUPERB condition and is INCREDIBLY hard to find like this!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), STUNNING shiny laminate, an absolute TINY and virtually INVISIBLE residue trace towards the top of the cover, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in AWESOME condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO yellowing AT ALL!!!! The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better and is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in this SUPERB condition!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND AND MASSIVELY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
