The record itself is in EX condition. It does have a few light hairlines, but nothing to affect play. It sounds great.
Unfortunately, the sleeves have not been looked after so well. The outer sleeve is really no better than VG-/G+ condition. The bottom left corner is badly creased, and so is the top right corner There is damage at the bottom right corner, and it is even worse at that corner on the back. I have taken photographs which show the extent of the damage.
The inner sleeve is slightly better, and probably deserves a VG rating. There is light ringwear, and two corners are creased, the top one worse than the bottom one, again, as the pictures show.
