The Beatles "MARY JANE" Rare LP on green colored vinyl
Original 1973 TMOQ Edition with "Spicy Beatles Songs" paper insert
This much sought after record was originally bought in Adelaide, Australia in the early 1970s. It is translucent green with silver on black TMOQ pig logo labels. Embedded into the vinyl around the label are a few small lengths of thread-like material.
The matrix is MJ 543A and MJ 543B. The plain cardboard sleeve is matt green with a square foil "Trade Mark of Quality" sticker towards the top left corner. The artist and title are stamped onto the front cover, as was the custom with early TMOQ releases. The original square insert is black on white and includes the William Stout comic book cover artwork, as well as identifying this release as TMQ71076.
Like all original TMOQ CV and MCV releases, this record is quite hard to come by. If you are looking to add to your personal collection, here is a rare opportunity to secure your own copy.
