Description
LLLive Variety show recording by the BBC . From either late 50's or possibly very early 60's .
Transcription discs were issued in very limited quantities for distribution to BBC and client radio stations to distribute shows for broadcast. They usually have unique material and production numbers were very low,
In this show Spike Milligan is the Special Guest and after a typical mad conversation he is involved in a Pirate Story with other cast members in his Eccles guise and other Milliganesque voices he then helps Dickie Valentine on the closing song Walking My Baby Back Home .
This is a Single sided LP with a complete show , other artistes are Dickie Valentine , Maureen Evans, Eddie Blair, The Zodiacs and Ted Heath and orchestra. Introduced by Paul Carpenter.
The second side is etched with BBC Logos .
The Record has some minor surface marks but plays cleanly and labels as shown.
The Album will be securley shipped in am Musicmax mailing box designed for shipment of vinyl records.
