>>> Any of the LP's I list here on EBAY are from my own private collection and have been well cared for. The majority of them have only been played a few times. Since LP's could not be played in automobiles, as soon as I acquired a new LP I would immediately record it on cassette tape. The LP was then safely stored to preserve it's condition & quality. There are a small number of my LP's that suffered some minor damages to the jackets while moving several times, but any damage will be shown & described in the listing.  *I also clean the LP's in a highly modified Spin Clean Wet Wash System, Audio Test them on a Technics SL-J33 Programmable Automatic Linear Tracking Turntable with a Shure M-111 Cartridge & Elliptical Stylus, then place them in a New Clear Anti-Static Sleeve. Any original inner sleeves are always included with the LP's.  I try to do my best to grade the LP & outer Jacket / Cover according to Goldmine Standards but there's always a possibility I may miss something.  If you notice something I clearly missed, please contact me first before opening a case with EBAY, Thanks !

  Here is an Very Good+ copy of SPINAL TAP: "THIS IS SPINAL TAP" (Motion Picture Soundtrack), from 1984, on Polydor / Polygram Records, catalog # on spine 817 846-1 Y-1, catalog # on labels 422-817 846-1 Y-1.  This IS NOT a Club Issue or a Re-Issue.   This is an Original 1984 1st US Pressing Gatefold Issue with the Printed Inner Sleeve.
  GRADING of Individual Items:  The Outer Cover / Jacket has a few minor flaws including 1 slight bend at the front top right corner, some scuffing / minor corner wear on the 2 bottom corners, some visible ringwear and a few small surface wear spots on the spine. The gatefold spine is still completely intact with no splits or tears inside or out, and the cover has no tears, holes, saw cuts or corner cuts, etc.  Grade = VG+.
  The Original Printed Inner Sleeve has a few minor creases but is still very flat and mostly smooth with no tears, rips or seam splits.  Grade = VG++.
  The LP still has all it's original shine but has a few light surface scuffs if the light hits it just right. Unfortunately, there is what looks like a "Morse Code" (-- - -- -  --- --) broken looking scratch on Side 1(See Photo 9), but it actually looks worse than it sounds (Please read AUDIO TEST for detailed description). The labels are excellent and there is no hole wear.  LP Grade = VG+ or Better
  The AUDIO TEST:  The visible "dotted" looking scratch on Side 1 starts in Track 1, resumes right near the end of Track 2 and continues into Track 3. Visibly, it look worse than it actually sounds. There is No Affect (ticks or clicks) on Track 1 at all, and the only place it is audible is right at the end of Track 2. where you can hear about 5 or 6 light clicks as the music fades into the dead time. Then Track 3 starts out completely clean with No Affect (ticks or clicks) from the remaining scratch.  SO, Except for the 5 or 6 light clicks, the rest of the LP has very crisp clean sound throughout both sides with only an occasional click or tick, noticeable in the dead space between tracks and where the needle drops at the beginning.   Here is the Matrix / Run-Out information:  Side 1)  (Etched)  A-1 <--> 422-817846-1-AS  HRM   Future Disc.  Side 2)  (Etched)  A-2 <--> 422-817846-1-BS  HRM
