This appears to be a 1st pressing; it certainly is a promo.

The shrink was separated and pulled back from the upper entrance back corner, where the company then stamped the cover ' DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE'

This action creased the back side of the corner; the lower back entrance corner also has a slight bend.

There is some foxing evident on the back because of the shrink opening, along with some mild surface wear on front.
