Cover: 1st pressing Garrod & Lofthouse laminated front (unlaminated rear) non-gatefold cover with triple flip-backs. No writings, doodles or seam splits. Clear readable spine. Some edge wear/laminate creasing. Rates as Near Excellent - see photos.
Labels: Excellent. No writings, doodles or stickers. Has the 'KT' tax code in the run-out groove on both sides.
Vinyl: Heavy duty thick vinyl. Play tested. No skips or jumps on my system. Side 1 looks VG with an area of non-feelable scratches on tracks 3 & 4. However, these scratches seem to have minimal impact upon playback other than the occasional pop/click. Side 1 therefore rates as VG overall for playback with some static and occasional pops/clicks. Side 2 looks and plays Near Excellent with some light static.
I saw this band twice in 1970 & 1971 when they appeared at Frank Freeman's Club in Kidderminster. On the second occasion I had the unenviable experience of being hit by keyboard player John Morgan. His accordion split in two while he was playing it. He got so angry at this that he kicked one of the halves off the stage and scored a direct hit (between my legs!) where I was seated just a few feet away. He did apologise afterwards. They were a great band and this album is still worth a listen even after all these years.

Gradings......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
