King 942 SPIRIT OF MEMPHIS QUARTET
1965 LP
16 tracks recorded for King records in late 40s/ early 50s by one of the greatest of all black gospel quartets featuring the amazing Silas Steele. If you don’t get a shiver down your spine listening to Days Are Passed And Gone you probably need to see a chiropractor.

Disc is EX- … Minor wear and surface noise.
Cover is VG- … Some wear and fading, top and bottom sleeves have partly split and been repaired with Scotch tape

The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the jacket, without any major defects, is acceptable.

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have light pops and skips. The jacket may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits or discoloration.
FAIR (F)
The record is playable but was not properly cared for and plays with extensive surface noise overriding sound and may skip considerably. The jacket may be torn, stained or defaced.
BAD (B)
The record is unplayable and probably broken and is only of use as a collection filler.
