Condition: Record is (VG++)  Has some minor paper marks that do not affect the sound ** Play tested !! ** Sleeve is VG ++ ; Great, very solid shape. Very minor discoloration along edges of sleeve.

Additional Details: 

 Original release of the LP, credited to SPK rather than Sozialistisches Patienten Kollektiv like the subsequent issues. Full text on the front of the sleeve is:
