Welcome! I'm pleased to offer a stunning original UK 1st Stereo pressing of Spooky Tooth It's All about LP released in 1968!. The vinyl condition for this early pressing is immaculate and is what makes this such an attractive buy for the collector.It is also very rare to find such pressing in great quality condition with little spindle wear at all. An added bonus is that it is released under the desirable Pink Island label with the round eye on the label. Please take time to read through the details, and don't forget to view the pictures.
Vinyl condition: (NR MINT/MINT)The condition will immediately please buyers. As this vinyl has hardly been played. There are no hairlines, scratches, scuffs or even faint paper marks. When placed under sunlight and rotated there really is nothing to pick up on, except a pure black polished look. Despite it being a first album it really wasn't played much I think we are looking at 1 play! Since then the vinyl has been unplayed for many years and in good quality boxed storage. Both side vinyl labels are clear and unmarked just like new. The condition really is immaculate for such an old LP, finding copies in similar condition and this price will be very hard.
Vinyl cover: One side is fine, other side has slight tear around where the centre circle is, easily replaced if necessary.
Album cover: (VG++/EX) I have graded the cover Very Good++/EX. There is no colour loss at the front or back, no personal names written on cover. Tiniest hint of ringwear along bottom edge. All edges are smooth and there are no rips. There is some minor wrinkling in texture - hard to explain but when you rub your hand accross the cover, it is slightly bumpy - almost as if it needs ironed! This is probably due to the vinyl being put in and pressing against the cover. So possibly a new insert cover might stop this happening. But positively the cover is not ripped, no colour loss or edge wear and no fold creases.
Overall this is a great chance for the collector/pink island collector/spooky tooth fan to get a vinyl that is in immaculate conditon, as it is very rare to find these early pressing in such unplayed condition. Please check out the pictures.
