Description

A great opportunity to buy a copy of a VINYL LP from the 60's by Spooky Tooth called Spooky Two.

This is a U.K. issue released in 1969 on the Island label (ILPS 9098 stereo) with the rough textured pink label. It has a total of 8 tracks:-

Side One - Waitin' For The Wind; Feelin' Bad; I've Got Enough Heartache; Evil Woman.

Side Two - Lost In My Dream; That Was Only Yesterday; Better By You, Better By Me; Hangman Hang My Shell On A Tree.

The matrix numbers are:- ILPS 9098 A and ILPS 9098 B.

The record is in a clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition, with only faint spindle marks evident with angled viewing. I have played it just the once all the way through and it plays and sounds fine. I always grade and examine records under a bright table lamp and there is hardly any mark noticeable on the vinyl at all and visually it must be close to NEAR-MINT.

The labels are free from any writing or major defects, though there is the slightest hint of a small sticker having once been on side two's label.

The record comes housed within a poly-lined inner sleeve in excellent condition.

The gatefold picture cover is overall in an EXCELLENT condition. It is an unlaminated cover printed and made by Ernest J. Day Ltd. The outside cover itself has just a small amount of wear on part of the top edge and at the corners and at some stage has been in contact with water close to the bottom edge. When viewed from the opening edge there is a ripple effect noticeable up to 5 centimetres from the bottom corner. The spine is very solid with little sign of wear. There is no text printed along the spine. Inside the gatefold cover, both faces are clean and apart from the afore-mentioned ripple, they are generally in excellent condition.

All vinyl is sent DOUBLE-BOXED in professional boxes with the record removed from the cover and placed within another outer box for added protection and safe transit. This item will be sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for greater security. If sent overseas, then it will go by Airmail as an International Signed-For item.
