Spooky Tooth Spooky Two Pink Island ILPS 9098

Stunning copy of this superb lp

Matrices ILPS 9098 +A and ILPS 9098 +B  These are stamped not hand written and there is no other writing in the run outs (no Porky or Pecko as there is on 2nd pressings)

The lp is graded near mint. It is flat, heavyweight, very clean and shiny. There are absolutely no observable marks in normal light. Under very intense light there are literally a couple of extremely light wispy sleeve marks which make no difference to the sound, which is stunning throughout.  There are of course no feelable marks and no clicks, pops sticks or jumps. It will be very difficult, if not impossible to find a better copy.

The labels are in near mint condition. They are the pink textured ones with the black "eye" Island logo on the left, indicating a first pressing. There are no marks of any sort. Most importantly: there are no spindle marks. I don't know how many plays the lp has had but it can't have been many.

The cover is in excellent condition. It is clean and very tidy. There is a little warping inside the gatefold due to age and how the gatefold sleeve itself was made (I've never seen a copy that doesn't have this). The edges, corners and opening are free from all but the lightest of wear. This is a very well kept sleeve.

This lp is unquestionably of final upgrade quality. Happy bidding.
