Description

This is the UK Decca LP "Revel Weird And Wild" by Spriguns, a very rare UK folk album.

Again, I shall assume if you are reading this then you know what you are looking at, so straight to the relevant details.

Matrix numbers:

Side 1: ZAL 14743 P - 1W

Side 2: ZAL 14744 P - 1W

The cover is in excellent shape. The front laminate is intact with a couple of 1cm-2cm wrinkles. There is a 2mm tear/cut at the opening edge, next to a slightly indented area about 3cm long, stretching about 3mm in. There is very little rubbing to the opening. The spine is intact and clearly readable. The unlaminated rear cover is excellent.

The labels show some spindle marks, but are clean, intact and without stains/writing..

The gatefold insert is present and in absolutely excellent condition - few signs of handling.

The vinyl retains a fine lustre. It has some hairlines/paper scuffs on both sides. The overall sound quality is very good - it doesn't appear to have had much play. However, there is a scratch about 2mm long which causes 13 very soft ticks at the start of the last track of side 2. That said, a very nice copy of a very rare LP - a solid VG+.

The record will be very securely packed in a box mailer with lots of extra padding.
