This highly sought after and exceedingly rare Folk classic comes complete with 2 page lyric sheet insert.
The record : is in excellent to near mint condition, retaining it's as new sheen and showing few signs of having being played - the one or two surface scratches do not adversely affect the audio quality.
Labels : the labels are in excellent condition, clean, without tears or spindle wear and without writting.
Sleeve : front - the laminated picture sleeve is in very good condition with some wear to the corners, some creases in the laminate and ring wear.
back - there is a tear to the surface of the back side of the sleeve and some serious ring wear (please see photographs.)
Otherwise there are no tears or splits.
Spine : the spine is in very good condition with some minor creases.
Lyric Sheet Insert : is in excellent condition.
