Description
For sale: Rare Spring progressive rock LP from 1971 - original recording on RCA Neon label - NE6
Played to test and audio sounds very good indeed on both sides, in fact NM- on half the tracks. Vinyl is nice and clean with no surface marks evident - very few hairlines and no clicks or skips. Some minor crackle on the quieter parts which is expected for an LP over half a century old. No writing on labels.
This is definitely the1971 version, with Matrix Runouts of AGBS 0521-A-1 A1L / AGBS 0522-B-1 A1G
The original album sleeve is in good condition with just a small split at the top of the third part of the tri-fold cover. No writing, creases or label residue but edges and spine showing some wear. The original black inner sleeve has a small central tear as shown.
This is a really nice copy of a rare LP on the even rarer RCA Neon label, by a long forgotten mellotron based progressive rock band from Leicester who left this LP as their sole contribution to the rock music of that era. Please see all photos.
