Description

Mercury Records stereo SR3-9012, three disc boxed set, with early maroon label discs pressed in the US.  RFR 4, 3, 1, 3, 4, 3 stampers. 

Verdi, Rigoletto, complete opera, with Alfredo Kraus, Ettore Bastianini and Renata Scotto.  Gianandrea Gavazzini conducts the chorus and orchestra of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.  See pics for compete cast.

Discs NM to NM-, a light sleeve mark on side 2 and a bit of foxing on side 3 do not sound, otherwise NM, Box VG+, spine and one corner taped, libretto included

Terrific sound and performance.  My favorite Rigoletto.
