Description
ST. LOUIS JIMMY
HERALD 408
V+
TITLES: A) Whisky Drinkin' Woman B) Your Evil Ways
Jimmy Oden recorded as St. Louis Jimmy from 1932 into the '60's. A great blues pianist, he appears here on a hard to find Herald release from 1953.
Record has lots of surface shine with a few light scuffs which do not hamper sound quality. Plays V+.
*Note: White spots on pics are from dust on my scanner and do not appear on the record.*
I use standard VJM 78 record grading method with grades of: M, M-, E+, E, E-, V+, V, V-, G+, G, G-, and P in descending order. records at V and above are enjoyable while those at V- to G are tolerable. I do not grade 78's at M or M- unless I can be certain that they have NEVER been played. G- and P records are only listed if they are extremely rare of of significant historical value. Domestic shipping is by USPS Media Mail. International shipping is by International First Class, unless otherwise requested. A $2.50 charge is included in shipping costs for new packing materials. I have successfully shipped over 1000 78's in the past 30 years and i assure you that your record will arrive intact. In that grading can be conjectural, your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money will be cheerfully refunded. See my other items. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking. ENJOY!
