Description
STAIRSTEPS : 2ND RESURRECTION – DARK HORSE PROMO
1976 stereo record on George Harrison’s Dark Horse label, catalogue number SP-22004. This is a ‘Promo’ copy made in the USA. Titled 2nd Resurrection, the album was produced by Billy Preston and features the vocal group Stairsteps with varied rhythm sections, including on one track an orchestra consisting of twelve synthesizers linked together and played simultaneously.
The tracks are: (side 1) From Us To You, Pasado, Theme Of Angels, Lifting 2nd Resurrection, Time, Tonto; (side 2) Throwin’ Stones, Far East, In The Beginning, Tell Me Why, Salaam.
The disc and picture lyric inner are in excellent condition – the disc label is printed “Promotion Copy”. The stiff card sleeve is very good with a slight circular impression made by the record plus a single punch hole in the top right corner signifying UK customs import duty paid.
