I purchased this album new and professionally cleaned/treated the LP playing sides using a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine followed by an ultrasonic cleaning using a Degritter and de-magnetized using a Furutech DeMag device. This is the Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs Original Master Recording featuring half speed production; specially plated and pressed on 200 grams of High Definition Vinyl; Mastered from the original master tapes. This is Special Limited Edition No. 4018. ALSO included are six music/recording reviews citing the superior music and recording techniques; the three-page article gives very interesting insights to the character of Getz and the Gilbertos. Fascinating. The reason for the reduced price( compared to like MFSL Getz/Gilberto LPs ranging from $150 to $300) is that on side one, band 3 ("P'ra Machucar Meu Coracao") there is a cyclic tic that affects part of this band although this particular band could be described as "filler" anyway.
