"ONE NIGHT STAND" RADIO SHOW TRANSCRIPTION DISC.  ONE COMPLETE 30 MINUTE RADIO PROGRAM ON THIS 16 INCH, VINYL, 33 1/3 RPM DISC.  THIS DISC WAS ISSUED TO ARMED FORCES RADIO STATIONS FOR BROADCAST TO U. S. TROOPS  JUST AFTER WORLD WAR TWO AND NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  VERY RARE!   

"One Night Stand" program #904 from February 21, 1946 featuring Stan Kenton & His Orchestra from Frank Dailey's Meadowbrook Ballroom in Cedar Grove, NJ with vocals by June Christy, Gene Howard, Ray Wetzel & Stan Kenton.   Songs include "Southern Scandal", "Everybody Knew But Me" vocal Gene Howard, "Shoo Fly Pie" vocal June Christy, "Body And Soul", "Painted Rhythm", "I Been Down In Texas" vocal June Christy, Gene Howard, Ray Wetzel, Stan Kenton, "Just A Sittin' And A Rockin'" vocal June Christy, "Intermission Riff", "Welcome To My Dream" vocal Gene Howard, "Artistry Jumps" (incomplete due to closing announcements)

Disc is in Exellent- Condition with Excellent Sound, Beautiful Disc!

Due to their size, 16 inch discs will not play on most standard turntables.   For $10 I can include a CD transfer of the entire disc for the buyer only
