STAN MARTIN "...is Dr. Cool" ORIG Private Press LP Canadian Funk Soul ULTRA RARE

Auction is for an ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN-ONLY PRESSING of STAN MARTIN'S "…IS DR. COOL" LP from 1978 on Ram Records. Very rare and elusive self-released soul/funk record from Hamilton, Ontario featuring the much sought-after single cut "Big Mouth Woman" that commands hundreds on its own. Not a one-tracker though, this is a solid session spanning dancefloor grooves to soulful ballads all with Mr. Martin's unmistakable Island-tinged touch. Recommended and not one that comes up very often… last copy of this on eBay in the Summer fetched almost $450! Cover has slightest hint of ringwear. Vinyl has a couple very light and barely noticeable superficial scuffs, just shy of a perfect NM grade… Top copy!
