Hi! You're looking at a SUPERB condition vinyl LP which is a 1986 Atalantic Records album titled "Stand by Me: The Motion Picture Soundtrack" and featuring the classic rock and roll and rhythm & blues music featured in the ROB REINER film "Stand by Me" starring RIVER PHOENIX, WIL WHEATON, COREY FELDMAN and KIEFER SUTHERLAND--in addition to the title track performed by BEN E. KING the soundtrack includes "Great Balls of Fire" by JERRY LEE LEWIS, "Everyday" by BUDDY HOLLY, "Come Go with Me" and "Whispering Bells" by THE DEL VIKINGS, "Get a Job" by THE SILHOUETTES, "Let the Good Times Roll" by SHRILEY AND LEE, "Lollipop" by THE CHORDETTES, "Yackety Yack" by THE COASTERS, and "Mr. Lee (Eternal Love for General Robert E. Lee)" by THE BOBBETTES. The LP is an Atlantic Records issue with the serial number A1-81677, a Columbia House Club Edition and a 1986 issue made in The United States.
This LP is in SUPERB condition and the vinyl is in NEAR MINT and UNPLAYED and FLAWLESS condition and should play beautifully; the cover is in NEAR MINT- condition with a few light creases on the spine end corners, a few slight scuffs on the back cover, a couple of tiny creases on the spine end and just very light shelfwear but NO other significant flaws--it's NOT a cutout!  The original plain white inner sleeve is also included and in FLAWLESS shape!
Vinyl Grading Standards (unless otherwise indicated, LPs are visually graded)

Mint (or M) – Sealed and effectively perfect with no signs of wear or ever having been played.

Near Mint -- A record with only the slightest evidence of ever having been handled.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) A very clean record that has no marks aside from slight scuffs and abrasions caused by removal from a paper inner sleeve or perhaps a few marks on the label caused by a turntable spindle.

Very Good Plus (VG+) A record that has had a number of plays and may have some superficial scuffs, possibly mild to moderate spindle marks and / or possibly hairline scratches on the vinyl, which may produce some intermittent pops and possibly very light background noise.

Very Good (VG) A record that has generally been well cared for, but has seen a fair amount of play, with some scuffing. hairline scratches, spindle marks and / or light scratches.  Should play through well, with the possibility of more pops and more background noise.

Very Good Minus (VG-)  A record with significant scuffs, scratches, and spindle marks that should play through with moderate pops and surface noise, possibly of some duration.

Good (G) A record with will play through, but with significant pops, substantial background noise, and possibly intermittent skipping.

Poor (P) A record with MAJOR issues that will interfere with play, and will possibly be unplayable in part due to damage (I'll only offer an LP in this condition if it's an extreme rarity and / or for cover art display purposes).
