TITLE/ARTIST: This LP by the late '60's group, The Standells, is on the original, Tower Label and is entitled "Why Pick On Me/Sometimes Good Guys Don't Wear White" from 1966---and it is still in it's original shrink wrap, although opened and slightly torn. The album features 10 great songs by the popular group, and is just one of many LPs I intend to list in the coming weeks and months ahead -- all of which are in very nice shape. In my opinion, the condition of both this jacket and the vinyl are extremely nice and close to perfect, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge it all for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, Tower Label, T 5044---in mono---and, in my opinion in great shape, too -- I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which would indicate very little actual play time. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also extremely shiny, clean and nice with no real mentionable flaws. To me, it appears to be almost as nice as the day it was 1st purchased!! JACKET INFO: Likewise, this jacket -- still enclosed in it's original, but opened, shrink wrap and including the price tag and all -- is, for the most part, in super good condition as well. Some small amount of light "dirt particles" have slipped under the open shrink, but nothing that couldn't be easily removed. Personally, I think this entire piece looks very nice, but please view all the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You really don't see these original '60's LPs out there much anymore, and espiecally not in this kind of condition, so please have at it--as well as others I have posted this week -- or will be soon posting. I will continue to list many other LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists, even some rare C&W as I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
