Description

Original 1961 mono test pressing of a Blue Note album that was not released at the time. It finally was released in the US and Japan in the mid '80s. Label is from Blue Note's pressing plant Plastylite and has written on it BLP 4052, 3/21/61. RVG and ear stamped in vinyl. Condition is E.

ONLY 25 TEST PRESSINGS WERE MADE OF EACH BLUE NOTE TITLE.

Music is Side A: Back To The Tracks/Street Singer and Side B: The Blues & I/For Heaven's Sake/The Ruby And The Pearl. The band is Blue Mitchell, Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers, Art Taylor and, on one tune, Jackie McLean.
