ORIGINAL MONO W / EAR / 12" LP



LP is in Near Mint condition.
 The thick lustrous vinyl is nearly flawless, withoutscuffs,or scratches of any kind.There are a few tiny but inaudible sleeve marks only!

The fidelity is superb,with no distortion, pops, clicks,or background noise of any kind.

Jacket is in NM/EX+ condition. Original heavy and glossy jacket is in very nice condition. There are virtually no marks, scuffs, or blemishes of any kind.There is only minor corner wear and light "flecking" on the bottom seam. Stanley Turrentine's third album as a leader and second Blue Note Lp features a very logical matchup with the Three Sounds (Gene Harris, Andy Simpkins and William Dowdy). In 1960 The Three Sounds were one of the leaders of soul jazz while few jazz musicians had a more soulful sound than Turrentine. Other than "Blue Riff," the repertoire is comprised of familiar standards, but these versions are quite definitive. Combine together Mr. T's tone and Harris' funk and the result is a classic encounter that crosses the boundaries between hard bop, soul jazz and early r&b.
