Description
Offered for Sale is a "STAR WARS" Original Soundtrack lp.
The ORIGINAL USA pressings are on 20th Century Records, which was rebranded in 1978 as 20th Century FOX records.
This one is on the 20th Century Records label with the LP # 2T 541.
This is the ORIGINAL 1977 GATEFOLD lp, with the ORIGINAL inner 20th Century Records generic sleeve.
Also included is the ORIGINAL separate individual movie and song info sheet and also an ORIGINAL T-Shirt order form.
This LP had never been played, (till now) but as a PROMO I received it open. I play tested it and can say 100% that the record is primo.
Never the less, after 35 to 45 years of shifting around in boxes, wear does occur, so PLEASE check the photos for a clear picture of what you will be receiving. I do not rate covers, only the vinyl itself. Also, there may be minor scuffing marks, from the inner sleeve. This IN NO WAY affects the sound, or I would not list it. There is also the possibility that the inner sleeve could have a slit on one or more of its sides.
NOTE: I was a buyer for two different record chains in Hollywood, Ca. As such, I received a couple of boxes of records a week, to entice me to buy. More often than not, they were always open copies, and if you wanted to sell them to a used record store you could only get about a $1.00 cash, or $2.00 in trade for them.
