You are bidding on twelve 16-inch vinyl radio transcription discs containing parts 1 and 2 of six complete 25 minute programs in the musical variety series STARS IN ACTION broadcast over NBC in 1953 and later re-broadcast to our troops overseas.

These shows were broadcast live from the National Guard Armory in Los Angeles and featured a number of big bands along with female vocalists. Mike Wallace is host and Fred Collins, announcer.

#6 with guest Rosemary Clooney, and Ray Anthony and His Orchestra.

#8 with Billy May and His Orchestra and guests Les Paul and Mary Ford.

#9 Guest June Valle with Les Brown and His Orchestra.

#10 Guest Gale Storm with Ralph Martere and His Orchestra.

#11 with guest Rosemary Clooney and Ralph Flanigan and His Orchestra.

#12 Guest is Gisele MacKenzie with Ray Anthony and His Orchestra.

On reverse of the discs are six complete 30 minute programs of POLKA PARTY with host Dick Sinclair with dates stamped on the labels from February to March 1957.

The recordings are excellent condition with very good to excellent sound.
