Will describe as honestly as i can to try and avoid any problems.
Sleeve i would say is probably VG, it has gathered some creases with age and there's is a small seam split on top. The white rear sleeve has some ageing and discolouring but is all intact and in one piece. There is a name written in small letters near the catalogue number (see pics)
The album itself plays very very nicely, crackling is minimal. The label has a name on both sides but is not in bold letters (blue on blue). Some surface scratches but does play very nicely indeed. 
Please look at pics as any defects are more visual than audio.
