Description

UK FIRST PRESSING HEAVY VINYL LP IN GATEFOLD WITH POLY-LINED ORIGINAL INNER.

MATRIX NUMBERS IN RUN-OFF GROOVES: SIDE A: NSPL 18371A-2 ? G/ SIDE B: NSPL 18371B-1 ? W

MOTHER No. SIDE A: Q / SIDE B: Q

STAMPER No. SIDE A: 1 / SIDE B: 1

SLEEVE: EXCELLENT MINUS, JUST LIGHT SHELF AND EDGE WEAR, NICE THICK HEAVY CARD IN SPLENDID CONDITION FOR ITS AGE, REAR HAS A LITTLE RING WEAR NEAR BOTTOM.

DISC: EXCELLENT MINUS. VERY SHINY CLEAN VINYL WITH NO SCRATCHES AND MINOR SPINDLE WEAR. A FEW LIGHT HAIRLINES BUT THIS DOES NOT LOOK PLAYED VERY MUCH AND IS IN TOP CONDITION - THE BEST COPY OF THIS ALBUM WE HAVE SEEN FOR A LONG TIME, IT PLAYS AND SOUNDS SUPERB THROUGHOUT. EARLY QUO ON PYE, AFTER A BRIEF FLIRTATION WITH PSYCHEDELIA, SEEMED TO HAVE A FAR MORE ORGANIC AND PUNCHIER SOUND THAN THE LATER VERTIGO YEARS.
