THIS IS A BEAUTY - NEAR MINT CONDITION.  This doesn't surface in TOP condition very often either. Both labels are perfectly clean and the vinyl on both sides is STRONG EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT. Fantastic condition.

GREAT ITEM - TOP CONDITION 

Here's just a little note about me, if you're unsure of who you're dealing with. I am a collector as well as a dealer and have been a professional dealer since 1980. All records are sent out in good quality packing. I only use cardboard (lots of it) and proper packing tape. I also try to send out parcels as soon as I have the payment. I always use recorded delivery or special delivery unless you ask for something else. The only thing I would like to point out is that I am not responsible for anything sent un-insured. Recorded delivery and special delivery are automatically insured against loss or damage in the post.

I would prefer all foreign customers to pay me with PayPal. I don't charge any extra for using this service. I also accept cash payments (sent by registered post only) in US DOLLARS, EURO'S, and UK STERLING POUNDS, but always contact me first for the exchange rate.
