On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Status Quo called 'Picturesque Matchstickable Messages' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st stereo Pressing!!!! THIS LP IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! THIS IS A STUNNING DUTCH 1ST PRESSING!!!! DUTCH PRESSINGS HAD IMPORTED UK COVERS AND DUTCH DISCS (EASILY THE SAME PRESSING QUALITY AS UK DISCS)!!!! THIS IS HOW THEY CAME - ALL DUTCH 1ST PRESSINGS HAD FLIPBACK UK COVERS AND DUTCH DISCS AND ARE EASILY AS RARE AS UK PRESSINGS!!!! THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP - SO DONT MISS OUT!!!! This is the original Pye Dutch stereo 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NSPL 18220 on the Pink Pye label (see picture) and is a Dutch stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Status Quo at their best!!!! Any fan of Status Quo, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 hairline, 1 light scuffline (non sounding) and only a VERY few light paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO sticking, NO jumps, NO crackle, NO nasty loud pops, and only a few intermittent low level clicks in one track!!!! The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner!!!! The FLIPBACK Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO wear, only VERY slight yellowing, and a small grubby area in top left hand corner!!!! THIS COVER LOOK BRILLIANT - AND IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE BETTER COPIES YOU WILL FIND!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!
