On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Status Quo called 'Picturesque Matchstickable Messages' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st MONO Pressing!!!! THIS IS A VERY VERY RARE LP - IT JUST NEVER TURNS UP!!!! IT IS ALSO IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT!!!! This is the original Pye UK MONO 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 18220 on the Pye label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Status Quo at their best!!!! Any fan of Status Quo, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light NON sounding scufflines and NO marks!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! The record must grade visually Excellent(Minus) if not better - though the playing grade is at least FULL Excellent if not better!!!! IT PLAYS STUNNINGLY!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner!!!! The FLIPBACK Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO writing, NO wear and only some VERY slight yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!
