MINT CONDITION.
I have personally owned this item since 2004. It was obtained from the original pressing plant and to the best of my knowledge was the very first pressing of this particular picture disc. At the time I simply kept the disc as I particularly liked the pictures of Francis & Rick. As a lifelong fan and collector since 1968 I simply put it away in my collection. When the rest of the copies hit the shops in 2004 I noticed that the copies on sale were very different from my copy. The shop copies had a brilliant white background to the picture, whereas my copy was distinctly YELLOW. I have looked exstensively over the years waiting to see another copy and as of MAY 2023 I have never seen another one. I asked an old employee from the pressing plant several years ago if he knew anything about this pressing with the YELLOW backgound. He told me that he remembered being told that the original pressings looked "old" and subsequent pressings were pressed with a gleaming white background. The YELLOW copies were destroyed and this seems to be the only copy to survive. This sale includes BOTH copies, which are both in UNPLAYED MINT CONDITION.
