Up for auction is an Original Master Katy Lied album by Steely Dan. This is a Vinyl LP Record with the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab label - Original Master Recording - MFSL 1 007 - made in Japan.

The last of the truly classic first four Steely Dan albums, the 1975 Katy Lied also sounds like the best. While retaining a solid rock foundation, the music finds Walter Becker and Donald Fagen engaging their jazz influences more successfully than ever; Fagen's piano fills alone are some of the most impressive music laid to tape in the '70s. The songs, too, rate with the team's very best, whether coolly anticipating global financial collapse ("Black Friday"), celebrating the legacy of a mob-hit victim ("Daddy Don't Live in That New York City No More"), or letting the Dan's guard down with a pained three-minute survey of life on Earth ("Any World [That I'm Welcome To]").

The Album is in very good to near mint condition. The Vinyl has no scratches and the cover only has a minor separation on one seam. Please refer to the pictures to verify the conditions and characteristics of the record.

Shipping charges are calculated (using ebays shipping calculator) and based upon estimated package size/weight, insurance (required) and a handling fee. These charges are non- negotiable. If you are not willing to pay them in full, please do not bid.

We strive to ship within two to three business days (not including weekends) after payment is received and confirmed. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS, please assume when choosing UPS that it will be shipped FedEx instead (unfortunately, FedEx is not a listed option on eBay). Due to the 2 to 3 week delivery times of larger parcel post items, we are no longer using that as a large item shipping option. As shipping costs are typically the same for USPS Priority and Fedex Ground, we reserve the right to ship each package via the quickest route. If you require shipment via USPS, please state that prior to payment and we will make every attempt to ship that way.

International bidders: Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US at this time. All US territories (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are considered international shipments by Fedex, we do not ship to there.  We can not change this policy or make exceptions. Please do not ask! 

 Notification must be received within 3 days of receipt of this item that there is a problem.

If the item is as described and you still want to return it, there will be a 20% restocking fee and no shipping will be refunded. However, it must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped in.

If you believe that there is evidence that damage was caused during shipping, please contact our store immediately.

Items can only be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.

Refunds will  include  original purchase and shipping costs on items that are significantly not as described (Buyer return shipping costs are not refundable for any reason).

Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.

Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Return shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, therefore, items damaged during the return shall be sent back to customer with no refunds.

Take Pictures of the item, any damages on the item, Item serial#, and the package it was shipped in.

Send us an email describing the item discrepancies or damage; include pictures, and item number (located at the bottom of  the listing,  Example: #14101).

After approval, return item within 7 days of receipt (Email us first to obtain authorization). 

Upon receipt of returned item (condition must be the same that is was shipped in), our store will authenticate and verify all serial numbers or markings, then issue a refund. 

Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the return and any guarantee!
