RARE CORRECTED MATRIX
A bit of history.....This album was first released on the 4th Dec 1964. Prior to its release there was a huge order of 750,000...which went on to break all records for advance orders of ANY album!!! Of course this meant the album went straight into the number 1 position in the U.K. charts, staying in the charts for 46 weeks!! POPULAR is too small a word for it!
Catalogue number: PCS 3062
(As a note, here are a couple of the differences to the usual MONO mix:
1. No Reply has a different mix.
2. Words Of Love is 9 seconds shorter than the Mono version.)

This is the really rather rare part as not many of these hand corrected matricies made it into the hands of the general public...

VG Lovely heavy vinyl. The vinyl does have some light marks but still retains her glory!
Played loud, you can hear just a VERY gentle amount of background noise-I think this adds to it's appeal, but also think it would be reduced further with a gentle professional clean.
IT REALLY DOES PROVIDE SUPERB STEREO QUALITY SOUND REPRODUCTION.
There is one tiny sort of skip at the end of song 1 on side 1...Really nothing to worry about, as I can't really call it a skip or a jump..just a miniscule break in McCartney singing a syllable of one word!
FLAT as the day she was born and SHINY too.

Labels: VG. Lovely and clear, with some spots of blooming.
There are quite a few spindle marks...visible when angled towards bright light.
Outer text "The Parlophone Co." (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
Hardly any hole wear!
Lovely, clear silver text.
CLASSIC AND INCREASINGLY RARE VERY 1ST PRINTING
NO TAX CODE TO EITHER SIDE
Cover: VG. STEREO outline in top right corner. Shiny front and back cover...There are a few spidering areas to the two sided laminate.
The spine is still strong and UNCRUSHED, with the title still clearly legible.
Light knocks to the corners, with the bottom left having a tiny split of 1cm. There also appears to have a little patch of lifting to the inside card
Far from trashed.
Wonderful strong flipbacks.
But, come on-we all know how delicate this gatefold cover is....I am being very critical and honest for you-you get what is described.

NO WRITING.
Inner: EX. Original "Use Emitex" with NO splits or tears, just very light feathering near the opening.
