STEVE COLT -- Dynamite / Take Away -- hard to find, original 1967 (??) U.S. 45 single, white label DJ Promo copy.  Fantastic James Brown-style R&B - Funk - Soul winner here from this obscure artist about whom little seems to be known.  I've heard he was from Boston, and I've seen dates between 1967 and 1972 on this (although '72 seems way late -- I'm guessing '67 is much closer to the mark.)  In any case -- A-side "Dynamite" is monstrous uptempo R&B - Funk number with wailing horns and steam-locomotive vocals; B-side equally great anguished Soul ballad.  In generic sleeve.  Record:  VG, light surface scuffs and light surface wear, overall fairly clean and plays well, on Big Beat label, U.S. press.
