This is a record from my personal collection. I play test all records I am selling on eBay and try to identify every defect no matter how small. My packaging is how you would want it to be. I also offer a 100% no quibble money back guarantee.

RVG (for engineer Rudy Van Gelder, famous for his Blue Note work) etched into run-off grooves

Obituary from the Independent 8 June 2004 included

Lacy (along with Coltrane, I guess) introduced the use of the soprano sax into modern jazz

This album with Wynton Kelly, Buell Neidlinger and Dennis Charles. Recorded November 1957.


CONDITION 

RECORD EX  I have played the record from beginning to end. Bright shiny heavy vinyl which plays beautifully. Just occasional light crackle but a wonderful listen with fabulous musical quality.

COVER VG-  Please see images. Some creases to front; a minor tear next to the spine (both sides); stubbing to corners, notably bottom right front/bottom left rear. Rear of album is discoloured; some disc wear to cover.

LABELS EX- A few spindle marks but not excessive

Generic white inner sleeve
