STEVE MILLER - Fly Like An Eagle LP is a 180 Gram Heavy Vinyl Limited Edition pressing by Capitol/EMI long out of print 1999 RELEASE AND WAS THE 1ST 180 GRAM PRESSING EVER OF THIS masterpiece and one of the last copies in the world Factory Sealed.
Originally recorded at CBS in San Francisco, California, Steve Miller for took his love for the Blues for this and its sister project, Book of Dreams.
Also what a tremendous "GIFT" this Steve Miller Masterpiece will make any true fan.
In turning to mainstream pop rock, he became a huge star and developed the knack for delivering high-quality three-minute songs that were perfect for FM Radio.
The Album is linked by Miller’s fascination with electronic sounds sandwiched between the irresistible title track, (Fly Like An Eagle), The Bonnie & Clyde tale of Take The Money And Run - the riveting - Rockin’ Me - and the subdued - The Window - with its quirky lyric “ask my baby what she wants to be - she says a monkey in a tree.” His Baby replies “yhere’s nothing greater than love”, true enough.

Miller forsook his love of the blues for this and its sister project Book Of Dreams. In turning to mainstream pop/rock he became a huge star and developed the knack of delivering high-quality three-minute songs that were perfect for FM radio. The album is linked by Miller's fascination with electronic sounds, sandwiched between the irresistible title track, the Bonnie and Clyde tale of 'Take The Money And Run', the irritatingly simple 'Rock 'n' Me' and the subdued 'The Window', with its quirky lyric 'ask my baby what she wants to be, she says a monkey in a tree'. His baby replies 'there's nothing greater than love', true enough. After all, it was Miller who rhymed 'northern California' with 'girls are warm yeah'.

ALONE TOGETHER LP is 180 Gram Heavy Vinyl Limited Edition pressing by MCA with the expensive Die-Fold Cover, Long Out Of Print and FYI one of the last factory sealed copies left in the world
Music critic, Michael Fremer, editor of The Tracking Angles and contributing editor for Stereophile, said about this MCA Heavy Vinyl re-mastered from the Original Analog Tapes (with no noise suppression or bass roll-off) that “music erupts out of total silence from these thick 180 Gram Virgin Vinyl discs with a velvety smoothness, spaciousness, and ultra high resolution that stuns even the most committed CD die-hard.”
Alone Together has an absolute All-Star lineup accompanying Dave Mason of Bonnie & Delaney - Leon Russell - Jim Keltner - Carl Radle - Rita Coolidge - Jim Gordon - and from Traffic - Jim Capaldi.
With so many artists, Dave Mason’s solo debut album is probably his best. Perhaps it is because he had a backlog of songs that Traffic had never recorded, but 1970’s Alone Together is chock-full of great songs. On the other hand, it’s easy to see why Mason left Traffic even before that group’s (temporary) breakup in 1969. The soft rock sound of Alone Together is hard to place in the context of the jazz/pop experiments Traffic would explore when they re-united in 1971.
The eight lengthy songs take time to unfold and the peerless musicianship with Mason’s lyrical guitar and Leon Russell’s inimitable boogey soul piano in the center, threads the line between chops and soul with nary a mis-step.
Remastered directly from the Original Analog Master Tapes!
Mason's debut solo album remains his best effort, due to well crafted tracks like the hit "Only You Know & I know" and "Feelin' Alright," a song that has been covered by numerous artists, including Joe Cocker, and Three Dog Night. Mason left Traffic in 1970 and went solo, enjoying sporadic success during the '70s with his style of light melodic rock/pop.

BOB DYLAN - ANOTHER SIDE OF BOB DYLAN - rare stereo pressing Out of Print FACTORY SEALED COLUMBIA/SONY PC8993 LP ISSUE - High definition 180 GRAM vinyl pressing for superior fidelity. The nicest thing you can do for your stylus and ears. The ultimate record – the way music was meant to be heard. Out of Print forever!!
This set captures a still-growing Dylan on the edge, just before he makes the jump to rock & roll, continuing to expand the notion of folk music with openhearted, unprecedented compositions and performances like "All I Really Want to Do," "Chimes of Freedom," "My Back Pages," and "It Ain't Me Babe." If Dylan's previous album The Times They Are A-Changin' was a bit too literal and focused on current events, Another Side indulges Dylan's more mythic and expansive side, making more rumor for the humor that would explode when Dylan formed a band. It's just Dylan, guitar, and harmonica here, but Another Side is a rock & roll album without that band
Tracks include: All I Really Want to Do - Black Crow Blues - Spanish Harlem Incident - Chimes of Freedom -. I Shall Be Free, No. 10 -. To Ramona - Motorpsycho Nitemare - My Back Pages -. I Don't Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met) -. Ballad in Plain D -. It Ain't Me Babe
