Description

1971 "A New Hi" featuring Stevie Ray Vaughn's first recorded release on TEMPO 2 Records T2-1 in very good plus condition. Includes original 2 by 3 foot poster which I photographed in two sections.... Stevie is second musician from right in first photo, right frame. A compilation record of local Dallas garage/psych bands of the era, it also features The Mint, Cast of Thousands, Image, Stone Sypher, and Blue Persuasion. Stevie plays in Cast of Thousands. This music is terrific throughout...to be played over and over! All original including sleeve. The vinyl shows the smallest of scratches, but plays as new...the only audible noise is between cuts...and that is slight. Visible mark in pic 3 is a reflection during photography. Cover has water damage at bottom,which I made sure was visible in pic. It did not effect poster or vinyl. Near mint copies of this record are known to sell for 800-1000 dollars, so I've had to place a modest reserve in order to cover my investment. Thanks for looking.
