Description

This is a fine original U.K. pressing copy of the debut LP by Northern Ireland punk group Stiff Little Fingers, released in 1979.  Featuring lyrics by Irish journalist Gordon Ogilvie, SLF's best songs hit as hard as anything by the Sex Pistols or Clash.  The group's debut includes versions of their first two singles, "Suspect Device" and "Alternative Ulster," along with several originals and a rough but heartfelt extended version of Bob Marley's "Johnny Was."  The jacket has light ring, corner, spine, and seam wear, light creasing along the spine and seams, and a cluster of small pock marks near the spine on the front cover -- EX(-).  There is a Jem import sticker on the front cover.  The disc is clean with a little light scuffing, and plays with some light surface noise (EX).

I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
