The actual album was released in 1983 on the A&M label,  what we have here is the 1-sided METAL MASTER PLATE  of the album, the matrix on the run off is

393 750 - 1 s 1, This disc is one sided & is the 5 tracks from the A-side > 

If you love somebody set them free,

Childrens crusade,

shadows in the rain,

Originally this disc was in a frame but was retreived from a skip outside a studio & the frame was smashed, Not sure if there would have been  a label on this disc.

Visually there are some surface marks but I have played this once & played right through fine,
